- Grade 4 MN state projects and annual bike ride
- Grade 5 Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center 3-4 day trip
- MathMasters, grades 4-5
- Math Club, grades 3-5
- School-wide Math Problem of the Week
- Student affinity groups:
- Black Affinity Group, grades 2-5
- American Indian Affinity Group, grades K-5 (in collaboration with MPS Department of American Indian Education)
- Spanish Speaking Newcomer Affinity Group, grades K-5 (in collaboration with MPS Office of Latine Achievement)
